Henry is a seasoned branding and business expert with extensive knowledge of brand strategy, product & name development, market research, product optimization, and visual identity. Henry’s proven specialty is creating brand experiences that connect companies with their target audiences to increase engagement and brand loyalty. Prior to co-founding Kaleio™, Henry led complex brand development and brand strategy initiatives for a renown global agency – working with well-known multinational companies across multiple sectors: healthcare, food & beverages, technology, education, luxury, banking and financial services, among others.
Over the course of a 40-year career, Chairman and Kaleio co-founder Jeffrey Sharlach has worked on communications, branding and marketing assignments for top companies and brands worldwide including American Airlines, Bayer, FedEx, MasterCard, Nestlé, Novartis and Pfizer. After graduating from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, he studied trademark law at New York University where he earned his J.D. and held executive positions at global agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Hill & Knowlton and Burson-Marsteller in New York City before launching his own firm in 1993, JeffreyGroup, where he also continues to serve as Chairman. Since 2007, he has been an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at the NYU Stern School of Business and is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences.
